Jeff Bott is in his third year with the University of Miami Athletics Department, serving as the Assistant Director for Business Operations. His responsibilities include overseeing the athletic department's purchasing and accounts payable services.
Before joining the Hurricanes, Bott served as operations manager at a Miami-based marine supply business, and prior to that he was a teacher and coach at nearby Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove.
A native of Winston-Salem, N.C., he is a 1989 graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor's degree in political science. Bott and his wife, Ana, have two sons, Christopher (16) and Tyler (13).
