Brian Boyls-White is in his third year with the University of Miami's athletic training staff, working primarily with the football, swimming & diving and track & field programs.
He came to UM after serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Plymouth State University from 2007-09, covering the men's and women's soccer, women's swimming & diving and softball teams. During 2007, Boyls-White also worked as a preseason intern with the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL).
Prior to that, he was an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Maryland for two years (2005-07), assisting with football, men's and women's swimming & diving, women's water polo, cheerleading, gymnastics, men's and women's golf and wrestling.
A native of Dayton, Ohio, Boyls-White earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from Longwood University in 2005, and added a master's degree in sports medicine from Plymouth State in 2009.
