Debbie Foley is in her eighth year with the University of Miami Athletics Department, serving as both the Administrative Assistant to Deputy Athletic Director Tony Hernandez, as well as a Compliance Assistant, working with David Reed and his staff.
Among her many duties, Foley schedules compliance rules education meetings and maintains the compliance calendar, edits the annual student-athlete handbook, handles equipment orders for the weight room and video services, orders and disperses all letterman awards for UM student-athletes and coordinates department-wide staff events.
She began her career at UM working in the Athletic Communications Office.
Foley returned to school and is currently a senior at the University of Miami, with a double major in sociology and liberal arts. She is on track to graduate in May 2012.
She is married to her husband Bill, and is the mother of three children - Derek, Nicholas and Elizabeth.
