Now in his final season at the University of Miami, senior quarterback Ken Dorsey has more than lived up to the Hurricanes' outstanding tradition of quarterbacking excellence. He has set a new standard of excellence for future UM passers to follow. And he's managed to do it all while leading his team to the pinnacle of college football. Superlatives and honors have been numerous for Dorsey during his Miami career. He won the 2001 Maxwell Award as college football's outstanding player. He's set a new standard of winning by UM signal-callers. He led Miami to the 2001 National Championship. He was the Co-Most Valuable Player of the 2002 Rose Bowl victory over Nebraska. But there's only one moniker that Dorsey truly takes pride in - WINNER
