Rowed a variety of seats for UM as a freshman, beginning the season two-seat before moving to three- and stroke in a variety of races ... Began the season two-seat in the Head of the Oklahoma Regatta ... Helped Varsity Four boat to a first place time of 15:51.753, defeating crews from Washington State and Harvard/Radcliffe ... Rowed two-seat again for the Varsity Four boat earning a win (14:34.4) in a tri-race home-opener against Barry and Nova Southeastern ... Rowed four-seat for the Varsity Eight at the Rivanna Romp ... Rowed three-seat in the Varsity Eight race at the Windermere Cup against the Brazilian National Team and University of Washington ... Crew took a ninth place showing out of 23 participating boats ... Also sat two-seat for the Varsity Four, collecting a third place finish with a time of 15:15.47 ... Rowed stroke for the V8+ in a tri-race with Rochester and Dowling, rowing to a winning mark of 6:52.06 ...
