    HOW TO RENEW
    There are two easy ways to renew your football Season Tickets:
    Online at HurricaneSports.com:
  • Click "My Account" located at the top of hurricanesports.com
  • Log in using your account number and password located on your invoice
  • Review your current seating assignment
  • Review your account balance
  • Make any changes/updates to your account
  • Request Relocation to upgrade/relocate your seats
  • Choose the Hurricanes 6 Month Payment Plan option or pay in full

HURRICANE 6 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN
New this year for season ticket renewals is an option to renew your season tickets on a payment plan. Season ticket holders will have the option of paying in full or paying in six equal installments. If you select the payment plan option, your credit card will automatically be charged in six equal installments on February 26, March 29, April 30, May 31, June 30, and July 30.

February 26, 2010 - First renewal payment due for all accounts

  • Via Mail: Return invoice with a payment for $100/seat in your account (non-refundable) or payment in full
March 1, 2010 - Release of any seats with no payment
March 27, 2010 - Season Tickets go on sale to general public
May 3, 2010 - Final payment due for all accounts who did not select the 6 month online payment plan option
June 4, 2010 - Away Game tickets will be available for purchase to all current accounts via your online ticket account "My Account"
July 6, 2010 - Individual Game tickets will be available for purchase to all current accounts via your online ticket account "My Account"

HOW CAN I RELOCATE MY CURRENT SEATS?
Seat relocations will only be accepted for accounts that are in good standing. There are two ways to request for your seats to be relocated. While renewing online in "My Account", you will be given the option to upgrade/relocate from your current seating location as part of the renewal process. If selecting this option, a customer service representative will be contacting you regarding your request.

For accounts that mail in their payments, please check the box on your invoice indicating that you would like to upgrade/relocate your seats and return a copy of the invoice with your payment. If you select this option, a customer service representative will be contacting you regarding your request.

ADDRESS/PHONE/E-MAIL CHANGES
For the first time ever, season ticket holders will be able to make changes to their account online. Please log into "My Account" to update your contact information. We will be sending special ticket offers to season ticket holders frequently throughout the year, so please make sure we have a current e-mail address. To ensure that your tickets arrive safely at your home or business, it is important that all address changes be made prior to July 1, 2010.

TICKET FORWARDING
Your University of Miami Account allows you to transfer tickets to virtually anyone with an e-mail account! Using TicketFast technology and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (free), the recipient can print a forwarded ticket on any standard printer.

You can access your account by clicking "My Account" located at the top of HurricaneSports.com. Once you have accessed the login screen please follow these directions to access your account:
  • Log into your University of Miami My Account
  • From your account home page, click into the Manage Tickets area
  • Select the event and seats you would like to transfer and click "Forward"
  • Enter the transfer options, including the recipient's information.
  • Click "Continue"
  • Verify the recipient information and, if a payment is due, enter your billing information. Click "Submit"

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Tickets and parking will be sent via FedEx directly from the ticket printer approximately three weeks prior to the first game. You will receive an e-mail from Fed Ex with a tracking number once the tickets are shipped. To receive the commemorative stock, please make sure that your account is current by July 1, 2010. Accounts not current at the time of printing will receive their tickets on Ticketmaster stock.

WHO CAN MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT?
In order to protect your account, the University of Miami will only accept payment from the ticket holder of record. Verifying who is paying helps the Hurricane Ticket Office process your gift appropriately. This documentation ensures the accuracy of donations made to the University of Miami within your account. When paying with credit card online or over the phone, for your protection, we will be asking you to provide the name on the card, the correct billing address, and security code on your credit card. When paying by check, please make your check out to the University of Miami and include your account number on the check.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE BEFORE NEEDING A TICKET TO THE GAME?
Children who have not reached their second birthday do not need a ticket to the game. However the child must sit on the lap of a ticket holder.

Do I receive a discount on individual game tickets?
There is no discount on individual game tickets; alumni receive discounts on season tickets

Can I purchase away game tickets in the UM section?
Yes, alumni are eligible to purchase 2 away game tickets, however this based on availability. Athletic Department donors and Season Ticket Holders have priority.

How many tickets can I buy in the alumni section?
Alumni may purchase up to four tickets in the alumni section.

Does everyone I buy tickets for have to be an alumni?
The account holder of record must be an alumnus.

I went to UM for a couple years, can I purchase alumni tickets?
Only students who graduated from UM are eligible to purchase alumni tickets; we will verify the year of graduation and major with the alumni office.

Where are the alumni sections located?
The lower level Alumni sections are located in Sections 107 and 110. The Club Level Alumni sections are located in sections 205, 206, 207, 208, 209 and 210.

When will the game time be announced?
Game times are set by the ACC and its TV partners. Typically the networks determine game times 12 days prior to kickoff; however in some rare instances game times may be announced as late as 6 days prior. Please check hurricanesports.com for updates.

Where is Will Call located and what do I need to bring?
Will Call is located at Gate H at Sun Life Stadium. Photo ID is required to pick up all tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is left at will call.

What time is the ticket office open?
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM.

What time do parking lots open?
Game day parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff.

Can I purchase an individual game parking pass?
The ticket office does not sell individual parking passes; Day of game parking is $25 and is paid upon entry.


STUDENTS

Where can I purchase away game tickets?
Online at hurricanesports.com, or in person at the Hecht Athletic Center. No orders will be taken over the phone. Tickets generally go on sale two weeks prior to the game.

Can I get into the games for free?
Only students who have paid their Student Athletic Fee get into games for free; you must swipe your Cane card at the gate, there are no physical tickets.

I am a graduate student, do I get a discount on tickets?
Students do not receive a discount on tickets.

My friend is coming to town and wants to come with me to the game, can they sit with me in the student section?
Students are able to purchase one guest ticket at 50% off (based on availability). Student guest passes are sold at the University Center about 1-2 weeks prior to the game.

My parents are coming to the game, can I sit with them?
You would have to purchase a ticket in the section your parents are sitting in.

How many away game tickets can students purchase?
Students can purchase two away game tickets to all away games (based on availability)

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

I received my season tickets in the mail, but my away game tickets were not included, why?
Away game tickets are generally mailed two weeks before the game.

I have a friend coming for the game and want to get a seat next to mine, how do I do that?
Season ticket holders are able to call the Hecht Athletic Center (1-800-GO-CANES prompt #1) or come in person to see if a specific individual game ticket is available and purchase it for a guest.

I want to relocate my seats, how do I do that?
Season ticket holders are able to relocate their seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. Priority for relocation is determined by Hurricane Club giving level and priority points within each giving level. Relocation information is included in your Season Ticket Renewal Guide.

I did not receive the nice season tickets with the pictures, why?
Glossy season tickets with the photos are shipped directly from our printer and are issued only to those accounts which are financially current (payment in full or enrolled in the payment plan) by July 1st. Orders received after July 1st are printed on in-house ticket stock.

Can season ticket holders purchase away game tickets?
Season ticket holders can purchase 2 (or more) priority tickets (based on availability). Quantity is based on your level of donation.

When will I know how many away game tickets I have received?
Tickets are generally allocated 3-4 weeks prior to the game.

I have not received my away game tickets, can you re-send them or can I come to the Hecht to have them re-printed?
Away game tickets that are not received by game time will have to be re-printed by the home school and held at Will Call at the game.

The family pack contains three youth tickets; how old is a youth?
Children 17 and under may use the family pack youth tickets.

Can I order bowl game tickets?
An order form will be sent out early November regarding bowl game tickets. Season tickets holders will have the opportunity to purchase bowl tickets. Priority for bowl game tickets is determined by Hurricane Club giving level and priority points within each giving level.

Do children receive a discount?
No. Children two years and younger do not need a ticket. All other children need a ticket for admission.

Is parking included in the season ticket cost?
No. Parking is purchased separately.

Where are the away game tickets located?
Away game tickets are generally located in the corner or end zone sections of the home stadium.

EMPLOYEE

Do I get a discount on this weekend's game?
No. Employees receive a 20% discount on season tickets only; not individual game tickets.

How many season tickets can I buy at the employee discount?
Employees are able to purchase up to four season tickets or one family plan (5 tickets) with a 20% discount. Any additional tickets will be at the full price.

I want seats in a specific section for the employee game, how do I order those seats?
Employees may not choose specific seats for employee day; seats are sold on a first come, first served basis.

How many tickets can I get for employee day and can I come to the Hecht to purchase them?
Employees are eligible to receive one free ticket and up to four additional tickets for $1 each. Tickets may only be purchased online.

I am a part-time employee, do I get the employee discount or can I buy employee day tickets?
Only full-time, benefited employees are eligible to receive the discount and employee day ticket offer.


MIAMI VS. OHIO STATE

When can I reserve my tickets?
Beginning June 4th, season ticket holders/Hurricane Club members can submit their ticket requests online. Season ticket holders/Hurricane Club members can access their accounts by going to hurricanesports.com, selecting the ticket menu option, and clicking the My Account link.

How do I increase my chances for Ohio State Tickets?
Due to the limited number of tickets we received for the Ohio State game, the recommended donor level to be strongly considered for game tickets is at the Green level or higher ($2,500 and above). If you have questions about your donor level or would like to discuss how to change your donor level, please contact the Hurricane Club at 305-284-6699.

How many tickets are we receiving from Ohio State?
We are receiving 4,000 tickets. Of these tickets, 1,000 are designated to coaches, players, and staff. This leaves us with 3,000 tickets for our season ticket holders and Hurricane Club members.

How can students get tickets to the Ohio State game?
A limited number of tickets will be made available to students at a later date.

I am an alumnus of Miami how can I get tickets for the Ohio State game?
If tickets remain after the July 15th season ticket holder/Hurricane Club member deadline, any remaining tickets will be put on sale to alumni July 19th.

What is the deadline for submitting requests?
The deadline for submitting requests is July 15th at 11:59pm.

Can I submit all away game requests at once?
Yes, all away game requests will start June 4th and end July 15th.

What are the seat locations for the Ohio State game?
Seating locations for all away games will not be determined until tickets are received from the opposing team.

How are seats allocated?
Seating assignments will be allocated by donor level and then priority points within each giving level. If you have questions about donor levels or priority points, contact the Hurricane Club at 1-800-GO-CANES.

If I am not a season ticket holder/Hurricane Club member, how do I obtain tickets for Ohio State?
Away game tickets are an exclusive benefit for our season ticket holders/Hurricane Club members. If you would like to become a season ticket holder or member of the Hurricane Club, please contact us at 1-800-GO-CANES.

What is the price of the Ohio State tickets?
Each ticket is $75 plus any applicable fees.
