BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES
Coming off a strong fall campaign ... Could see time at several infield positions as well as in DH and pinch-hitting assignments.
PREP CAREER
•Played for Pat McQuaid at Nova High School his junior and senior seasons
•Attended North Broward Prep his first two years of high school
•Earned Louisville Slugger and Rawlings All-America honors his junior and senior seasons
•Hit .435 with five homers, 30 RBI, 45 runs scored and 31 steals his senior year
•Played in the high school state all-star game as a senior
•As a junior, hit .439 with 10 homers, 45 RBI and 15 steals en route to earning 5A all-state honors as well as all-county honors by the Miami Herald and Sun-Sentinel
•Earned first team all-county and second team all-state after hitting .489 with nine homers, 40 RBI, 42 runs scored and 25 steals as a sophomore at North Broward
•Named second team all-county after hitting .369 as a freshman
•Was a five-year varsity starter in baseball
