CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The University of Miami baseball team continues is fall practice schedule on Saturday, Nov. 15, with an exhibition game against the Osaka Buffaloes at Hollman Stadium in Vero Beach, Fla., at 2 p.m.

Admission is free to the public and will allow Hurricane fans to get a sneak peak at UM's powerful 2004 lineup and a pitching staff that returns its top four starting pitchers and its entire bullpen.

This marks the second consecutive year that Miami and Osaka have played each other at Dodgertown during the Hurricanes fall practice schedule.

The Osaka Buffaloes of the Japanese Pacific League train at Dodgertown in Vero Beach, Fla. from Nov. 1-21. The training camp is part of a working agreement that the Dodgers and Buffaloes signed in the spring of 2001.

The Hurricanes will take Sunday, Nov. 16, off before beginning their final week of fall practice, which culminates with UM's annual Scout Day on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 10:30 a.m. Scout Day is open to the public and features a nine-inning intrasquad game.

All of Miami's fall practices are open to the public.

Miami opens the 2004 regular season on Friday, Feb. 13, with a three-game series against the Florida Gators at Mark Light Field. Prior to that, the Hurricanes will welcome back former players for the annual Alumni Game on Saturday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m.
