CORAL GABLES, Fla. - The University of Miami men's basketball program has announced its 2007-08 season opening game versus Florida Southern has been moved from Saturday, Nov. 10 to Friday, Nov. 9. Originally scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. tip-off, the game will now be played at 7:30 p.m. at the BankUnited Center.

The contest with Florida Southern will be featured as part of a 16-home game slate which also includes a match-up with 2007 ACC Tournament Champion North Carolina (Jan. 23) as well as games against 2007 NCAA Tournament participants Georgia Tech (Jan. 12), Duke (Feb. 20), Maryland (Feb. 23), Virginia (March 1) and Boston College (March 4).
