2001 (SOPHOMORE): Played in eight regular season games and
was the starting quarterback for Florida in the 2002 FedEx Orange
Bowl victory over Maryland...completed 11 of 19 pass attempts for
196 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions in the first half
of the win over Maryland...completed a 46-yard scoring pass to
Taylor Jacobs to give Florida a 14-0 lead in the first quarter...in the
regular season, completed 36 of 60 passes for 483 yards and nine
touchdowns and one interception...compiled a pass efficiency rating
of 173.79...completed 60 percent of his pass attempts in the regular
season...best game of the regular season was against
Mississippi State in which he completed seven of 17 attempts for

2000 (FRESHMAN): Played in four of 12 regular season games
(Middle Tennessee, Mississippi State, Auburn and Vanderbilt) for a
total of 44 plays as a true freshman...was 17-of-27 for the season
for 170 yards with two touchdowns and an interception for a passing
efficiency rating of 132.89...enrolled at UF for the spring
semester and took part in 2000 spring drills...named co-recipient of
UF's Most Improved Quarterback Award during spring...best game
