BASKETBALL CAREER (2005-09)
2008-09 (SENIOR): Ranked eighth in UM history with 104 career blocks -- fourth best in the ACC among active career leaders ... Eighth player in UM history with 100 or more blocks in his career ... Tied for 10th in program history with 120 career games played ... Against ACC teams, ranked 11th with 6.4 rebounds and tied for ninth in both defensive rebounds (4.6) and blocked shots (1.3) ... Started nine of 30 games for the Hurricanes and 4.0 points per game and 5.9 rebounds while finishing with a team-high 36 blocks ... Picked up multiple blocks in eight games, including four-or-more blocked shots three times -- last vs. North Carolina (2/15) ... Scored six points (2-of-3 shooting from the field; 2-for-2 from the foul line), giving him over 500 points in his career in the NIT opening-round win at Providence (3/18) ... 2007-08 (JUNIOR): Played in 32 of Miami's 34 games, including starting the first 11 games of the season ... Hit 52.6 percent from the field (71-135), the second-highest mark on the team ... Shot 70.0 percent or better on eight occassions, including a 7-for-10 performance en route to a career-high 19 points in the win over Virginia (3/1) ... Grabbed at least five rebounds 16 times and averaged 4.9 rebounds per game, second-best among returning players in 2008-09 ... Received "Man in Charge" and Outstanding Defender awards at team's year-end banquet.
2006-07 (SOPHOMORE): Started 10-of-24 games played ... Earned 2007 All-ACC Academic Team honors ... Averaged 5.6 points and 4.0 rebounds per game ... Second on the team in field goal percentage (53.8).
