Had four kicks returned for 46 yards, almost one-third of his season total.

2004 (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 12 games as the team's punter and also handled kickoffs most of the season...Punted 64 times for a 41.2-yard average and 36.8 net average...Had 20 kicks inside the 20 (nearly doubling his 2003 total, and 11 of them inside the 10-yard line), with only seven touchbacks...Had 26 kicks returned for only 140 yards, an average of just 5.4 yards per return...Averaged 40.0 yards per punt or more in six of 12 games...Ranked sixth in the ACC in punting...Started the season with a 42.6-yard average vs. Florida State, with three inside the 20 and a long of 60 yards...Registered four kicks inside the 20 at Houston...Allowed 63 yards in returns vs. Clemson, which was more than half of his entire 2004 total of 123 yards returned...Had a career-best 67-yard punt vs. Wake Forest...Also handled kickoff duties for much of the season.
