CORAL GABLES, Fla.--Hurricane fans are invited to Monty's in Coconut Grove tonight for an early pre-game party to celebrate the much-anticipated game between No. 12 Miami and No. 2 Ohio State Saturday in Columbus.
Head coach Randy Shannon, Director of Athletics Kirby Hocutt, Sebastian the Ibis as well as UM cheerleaders will be on hand at Monty's from 7-9 p.m. to get the fans geared up for Saturday's big game.
The 'Canes and the Buckeyes will kick-off at 3:40 p.m. at Ohio Stadium. Those who are unable to make the trip to Columbus can watch the game live on ESPN or in ESPN 3D.
Fans will get a chance to speak with both Shannon and Hocutt as the pair will appear live on Hurricane Hotline with hosts Joe Zagacki and Don Bailey Jr. during the celebration. Fans will also have several opportunities to win prizes from the WQAM staff throughout the event.
