A unique combination of athleticism with a great outside shot... With her size and strength, could be one of the best rebounding guards in the ACC and should contribute immediately.

2006-07 (Freshman): Saw action in 15 games before she had season-ending surgery on a torn right labrum at the end of January... Sustained the injury versus Auburn in the championship game of the UM Holiday Tournament (12/29)... Set career highs with 13 points and nine rebounds versus Jackson State (12/1)... Had 10 points off the bench against Jackson State (12/16)... Recorded five points, a career-high four blocks and a pair of rebounds versus Nicholls State (11/24)... The four blocks were the most recorded by a Hurricane in 2006-07... Averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 boards in 11.4 minutes per game.

Prior to Miami: A four-year letterwinner under former University of Miami standout Carla Harris-Curry at Miami Norland... Regarded as one of the top-five players in the state of Florida in the class of 2006... Was ranked the No. 32 guard in the nation by the Mike White All-Star Girls Report... Averaged 18.7 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 4.1 steals and 1.5 blocks per game as a senior in 2005-06... Earned Miami Herald First Team All-Dade honors as both a senior in 2005-06 and a junior in 2004-05... Also earned first team all-state accolades as a junior and senior, and was a 2005 Street and Smith All-America Honorable Mention selection... Nominated for the 2006 McDonald's All-America game.
