AS A SOPHOMORE (2005): Earned All-America honors in both the long jump and triple jump at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships finishing seventh in the long jump (6.28m) and sixth in the triple jump (13.39m)...earned All-American honors in the triple jump placing sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a school record leap of 13.50 meters...ACC Indoor Champion in the long jump (6.24m)...won a total of four meet titles during the indoor season (2 - long jump; 2 - triple jump)...established a UM indoor record in the long jump with a mark of 6.49m in Blacksburg, VA (3/5/05)...earned All-ACC honors during the outdoor season finishing second in the triple jump (13.21m)...placed second in the triple jump (13.41m) and tied for sixth in the long jump (6.13m) at the NCAA East Regional.

AS A FRESHMAN (2004): Became the first jumper in school history to earn All-America honors in both the long jump and triple jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships...also earned All-America honors in the long jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... placed fourth in both the long jump (6.23m) and triple jump (13.45m) at the NCAA Indoor Championships...BIG EAST Indoor Champion in both the long jump (6.28m) and triple jump (13.08m)...named BIG EAST Outstanding Field Performer at the Indoor Championships...set a Canadian Junior Indoor triple jump record with a mark of 13.53m in winning the Florida Intercollegiate meet...earned All-America honors in the long jump with a eighth place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6.37m)...finished first in the long jump at the Texas Relays (6.27m), placed third at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (6.26m), and eighth at the NCAA East Regional (6.23m)...set a school-record and Canadian Junior outdoor record in the triple jump with a mark of 13.43m to finish first at the Texas Relays...equaled record in winning the Penn Relays triple jump title...BIG EAST Outdoor Champion in the triple jump with a BIG EAST record mark of 13.42m...finished third in the triple jump at the NCAA East Regional (13.27m).

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time National Scholastic Indoor Champion in the triple jump (2001, 2002 and 2003) and the Canadian Junior record holder in the triple jump both indoors (13.13m) and outdoors (12.95m)... recorded Canada's top mark in the triple jump during the 2003 indoor season (13.13m)... 60-meter Canadian Indoor Junior Champion in 2003... 2002 Canadian Junior triple jump champion and was runner-up in the long jump... 2001 Canadien Athlete of the Year...named her school's Athlete of the Year in 2002...also competed in volleyball, basketball and soccer.
