2004 (Junior): Appeared in 81 games as a defensive specialist averaging 0.65 digs per game...turned in a career-best three service aces in Miami's season opener against FIU...registered a season-high six digs against Virginia Tech...recorded at least one assist in four games including FIU, Florida State, NC State and Clemson...matched a career-best with two assists against NC State...registered five digs against Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Clemson...recorded at least one dig in 18 out of the 24 matches she appeared in...recorded a career-high 10 service aces during the season...named to the 2004-05 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

High School (Huntingdon): A three-year letterwinner in volleyball, Kozak was selected for first-team All-State, Mountain League first team and first-team All-District honors...also an Altoona Mirror Athlete of the Week...helped Huntingdon win three consecutive district championships and a combined 58-3 record (regular-season play)...was an All-Mountain League Honorable Mention selection during junior year...also collected letters in gymnastics and track and field.
